Message	they are pretty stiff though. i dont know what spring rate i have but even on the softest setting its hard. maybe i have them squeezed too much. anywayz the lowering adjustment is sick. you can lower in two places. they are all aluminum, come with pillow mounts, and fully adjustable. i think you cant go wrong with their price. i got mine for 800 shipped. they all only weighed 40lbs.
